| The Fire were quickly out of the traps and went close a couple of times before they opened the scoring through the returning Mike Bridge who headed home following a corner. Andy Martin scrambled home a second after the keeper was caught out by a free kick and Mark Allen completed the first half scoring when lashing home a close range volley from a beautifully flighted free kick. After going 3 gols down Wilmslow started geting themselves more into the match with a couple of free kicks but the Fire then spurned a great chance with Shaun Lloyd-Griffiths missing a 1 on 1 chhance and Mike Bride also firing wide from a good position. |
